Private Sessions

Taught by a certified instructor of your choosing at times convenient for your schedule!

Once clients have grasped the initial GYROTONIC®  principles, private sessions can also be taught on the GYROTONER®, Jumping Stretching Board, Leg Extension and Archway. These specialized pieces of equipment extend the range of movement and exercise possibilities.

Solo Session

55m: $80+tx Certified Trainer, $75+tx Master Trainer
