Natural movement promotes healthy strength and functionality in a way that is sustainable and scalable. Learn to move your body through space by using various crawling, climbing, balance and strength exercises mindfully and with intention. Humans are generalists when it comes to movement skills and over specification leads to imbalance and overuse. By building all of our abilities, we can become better at what nature has intended for us.
Low Pressure Fitness is a comprehensive movement system that targets the core and pelvic floor muscles (coordinating and toning the muscles), restores posture and myo-fascial mobility and helps to improve breathing by focusing on diaphragm and lateral rib cage movement and position.
A hypopressive or abdominal vacuum is often used while performing the technical poses and movements within Low Pressure Fitness, creating reduced pressure throughout the abdomen and pelvic girdle.
Low Pressure Fitness can help to improve postpartum rehab, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, slim waistline, athletic performance and sexual dysfunction.
